The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Room was spotless with daily towel changes. Great location in the heart of the city. Quick check-in and friendly front desk team. Special thanks to Mirsada for helping with PCR test. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. Great view of Sarajevo. True hospitality.

    All good.

I had a great stay in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mirsada who went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast was delicious and the room had a stunning view. I also appreciated the fitness center access.

    Can't fault anything about it.

    the location is sensational.

The air conditioning kept breaking down, it was scorching hot in Sarajevo. That was very unpleasant.

A wonderful place for a romantic escape! the room was cozy and the comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep. We loved the beautiful wooden floors and the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the hotel is situated in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to explore the charming streets and enjoy the local cuisine. the friendly staff provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations, which we tried and enjoyed!

The bathroom was a bit small and lacked toiletries. We also thought the breakfast could have been better, with a greater variety of options.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Hotel Art. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions. The room was clean and modernly furnished, with a comfortable bed and a flat screen TV. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, with a variety of options including smoked salmon and a raspberry walnut torte. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as slow WiFi and a worn-out room, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its great value and friendly staff.

The paintings. Artistic decoration. Location is excellent. In the middle of the Old town.

Some staff were not helpful about getting information about the bus or train to other parts in Bosnia. They do not know internet websites where info could be located.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location right along the main shopping avenue in the city center was simply perfect. We could easily explore all the attractions and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even helped us with calling taxis and organizing luggage delivery from the airport, making our stay hassle-free.

    Highly recommended to everyone!

Excellent location and a pc in the room were the best features of the stay!

I would like to have some international tv channels like cnn, bbc etc.

The Location is fantastic. The staff were friendly enough and for a couple of nights it was comfortable enough.

Food was a bit rank in the mornings. Could do with freshening up a bit. Not much do do at the hotel as it had little facilities.

The room was clean and spacious, with a great shower and fast internet. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options, including local specialties. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main sights.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the noise from the street outside was quite loud at times, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Fantastic location and good restaurant downstairs. Big rooms. Nice stuff.

Bathroom to small and not clever designed. No place to put the soap, shampoo. Breakfast place to small and not enough food. Cold coffee and old bread.
